Core Foundation & Strength Zoom Class

In this class we will be working on breathing mechanics for core function, engagement and strength of the deep core stabilizer muscles, breathing under a brace, and managing core strength & pressure under load. It’s not enough to strengthen our core, it’s important to be able to integrate that control into movement and daily life.

Please have a yoga mat (or be ok lying on the floor), a small amount of accessible wall space, and a yoga block, 4 in diameter ball, or rolled up towel. Additional items that we may use in some classes are a non-stretchy strap like a yoga strap or belt, foam roller, resistance bands, and a regular non-inflated balloon. Please do join even if you don’t have these additional items.
